CTWP is an organization committed to providing meaningful and relevant professional development for Central Texas teachers.  Located at Texas State University in San Marcos, CTWP is one of over 200 National Writing Project sites, the largest professional development organization in the country.  With the guidance of NWP’s teachers-teaching-teachers model, we provide opportunities for teachers to share their knowledge, expertise, and teaching practices.
